SLES15_SP5 & OpenSuSE15_SP5 has issues with openssl

The SLES15_SP5 machine in dev branch fails to send RTA test logs to files02, upload command has following error:

command 'ssh "QT@ci-files02-hki.ci.qt.io" mkdir -p "/home/QT/jenkins/rta_testdata/Qt/6.7.0/Final/3d354bf9c056eaa09082abac2f42ef96b820b652/suite_src_build_insource/2023_10_18__06_58_50/"' return with error (code 127): b'ssh: symbol lookup error: ssh: undefined symbol: EVP_KDF_CTX_free, version OPENSSL_1_1_1d\n' 

Last time it was working with OpenSuSE15_5 (dev branch) on 3.10.23, it's being failing since.

Same command works in all other linux platforms (Ubuntu22.04, RHEL9.2).

For reference, SLES15_SP4 (and OpenSuSE15_SP4) in branch 6.6 works correctly.
