      Updated the LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial SPDX-License-Identifier to the files in the tqtc/lts-6.5 branches. Examples, tests, build files or documentation files are not updated.

      Build files:

      CMakeLists.txt in all subdirs

      cmake/*

      config.tests/cmake

      everything that has a .cmake extension in other locations (e.g. src/corelib/Qt6CoreMacros.cmake)
