Add GCC versions into versions.txt for RHEL 8.4/8.6/9.0 and Ubuntu 22.04

GCC versions missing in table which content is generated via perl script

Needs to define first is perl script reading content from versions.txt and if that's the case - then update versions.txt with missing GCC versions.

P.S. Not sure which Component is the most suitable for version tracking from product logs into documentations - therefore Quality Assurance is selected and this helps the backend users and the work to update correct versions.
