      Nit:
      It would be a useful optimization to install libspeechd after flite.
      Reason is that we want to checkout and install a specific flite version, and not rely on the OS provided one. By installing this version first, we'd make sure that speechd recognizes flite. Should flite ever become a dependency for speechd, this would also avoid the OS provided version to be additionally installed.

      This can be a follow up patch.
