coin_testresults_parser: add support for parsing the JUnit XML file generated by CTest

    Description

      As a result of enabling the CTest JUnit XML summaries in QTQAINFRA-5146 (see ticket for example logs).

      These files also contain timestamps and test durations that we can incorporate.

      Also in combination with the QTest XML files, we can tell if a test crashed or not, if QTest says nothing (corrupt or missing file) but CTest says "fail".
