Top Flaky list contains items that are not part of normal CI

Last week top flaky board (https://testresults.qt.io/grafana/d/000000007/flaky-summary-ci-test-info-overview?orgId=1) filled up with flakys from Windows on Arm.
The Windows on Arm platform is not yet part of the "official" CI, but is still work in progress. The reason why it ends up there is because there is a nightly build running, which is need to test and monitor the progress of the work. All-thought it is good that these WIP platform flakies are listed somewhere, it is not the purpose for the top flaky list.

The WIP platforms should be excluded from top flaky list. It can be done by only including taskType=Integration when running query for fails.
