Unable to schedule a precheck with custom parameters

      I'm not sure if this is an issue of the Gerrit UI, or a issue with COIN.

      If you click "Precheck" and select a custom check, and  type something like "os:-qnx" into the configuration, the CI won't run the precheck:

      Failed to schedule precheck:
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'eval'
