Allow the usage of LanceBot to all Approvers

    Description

      Usage of LanceBot is restricted to TQC employees. If I try to request a run by commenting "LanceBot: test" on a chance, I get back:

      Test run #206 (Log: https://lancebot.intra.qt.io/job/LanceBot6OnRequest/206/console) : Result: <<<
      Aborted, runs may currently only be triggered by TQtC employees

      It would be better if the same people who can trigger a precheck, or at a minimum all approvers, could also trigger LanceBot.
