Occasional seg fault when terminating VM

Shutting down a VM can seg fault during virtual network manager destructor. This happens because of a ruby bug https://github.com/ruby/ruby/pull/7663.

This patch is not merge in Ubuntu repo(s) which are being used. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ruby3.0/+bug/2049197 

Manually installing updated ruby could fix the issue, before and if some Ubuntu version provides a fix.
