    Description

      QUIP 4 mandates that every change to Third Party components that affects the metadata should get a ChangeLog entry.

      The sanity bot could therefore give a -1 if

      • a qt_attribution.json file is touched
      • the commit message is not containing a [ChangeLog][Third-Party Code]" section
