Create separate (fast) tables for flaky, failed, crashed, blacklisted, skipped and passed in the postgres sql db

      In order to create fast dashboards, the data needs to be fast and easy to query.
      In Oslo workshop 7-9.Feb.2024 is was decided to store each test metric data to a different table.
