Create light content verification for Qt

Create light verification option for Qt if it's verified as additional component, when only file check is needed, other, like TP, qconrig.pri, include dirs etc can be omitted because they are tested in actual Qt tests. To get verification bit easier in product tests where Qt is only additional_module.
