Windows provisioning fails due to 8hours timeout

      At Update QDoc libclang to 17.0.6 (Ie7c1a8d8) · Gerrit Code Review (qt-project.org) I'm trying to update libclang for qdoc to a newer version, but the Windows Provisioning fails with a 8h timeout: https://testresults.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qt5/tasks/web_qt_qt5_1710788676249

      This is because ffmpeg is being compiled on provisioning instead of being compiled as libclang separately on a Jenkins job!!!
