We need to update MSVC2022 in the CI.
Why?
- configure -c++std c++20 was broken
- https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/463780 went in and doesn't build with the currently provisioned version of MSVC 19.36.32535
- I cannot un-break the configure switch
local tests show that an updated version of MSVC 2022 fixes the issue.
The compiler version that I'ved used for that is 19.39.33522 (updated yesterday).
