    Description

      Add Ubuntu22.04 arm64 target so that RTA can use that for testing.

      Only minimal provisioning:

      • Git
      • Python
      • Squish (edit: no need at this point, will be added later)
      • Java
      • Gcc
      • curl
      • libicu-dev

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTQAINFRA-6267 graphic driver in arm64 vm(QEMU) needs to be virgl/venus instead of llvmpipe
