Recent Gerrit update lost automatic linking in commit messages

    Description

      Gerrit no longer links to the relevant QTBUG-xxxx etc. bug reports in Jira when mentioned in the commit message. [0]

      And it doesn't link to merged SHAs when mentioned, e.g. in "Amends" or "Reverts" type commit messages. [1]
