Add korean language for tier2 images

      When testing qt installer localizations, i noticed that the korean language does not display properly for 2 targets.

      Localization tests are run with following targets:

      linux-g++-Debian11.6-arm64

      linux-g++-Rhel9.2-x64

      linux-g++-SLES15_SP5-x64

      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64

      KO language support is needed at least for those targets.

      Targets that need KO language added are
      linux-g++-Debian11.6-arm64

      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64

       

      All languages/locales we are testing are:
      "JA", "RU", "zh_CN", "AR", "DE", "ES", "FR", "KO", "pt_BR"
