      The fixVersion API of Jira closer bot is used by the API Review Bot to tag API changes in gerrit with the prospective Next Version the change will appear in. When querying for a change without a Fixes: footer, the bot should query for a common QTBUG issue if the change is within the qt/ namespace and calculate the possible fix version based on that.
