Split the core benchmarks runner

      We want to split the runner. There should be two scripts. One that connects to the coordinator and does work, and another that runs the benchmarks in a repository. The former should invoke the latter. This setup simplifies things.

      The scripts will be much simpler. It will be easier to run benchmarks manually.
