Extend precheck functionality to rerun last failed configuration

    Description

      When a build fails and there is a fix patchset added to the change, it would be good if there would be a shortcut to rerun precheck on the last failed configuration. This needs some thinking but implementing it as part of the precheck dialog would be a good option.
