The benchmark runner fails to maintain a coordinator connection

    Description

      The connection drops. The runner tries to reestablish a connection. This appears in the log:

      2024-06-09 15:22:06 runner.engineio INFO - Attempting WebSocket upgrade to wss://qt-cherry-pick-bot.herokuapp.com/socket.io/?transport=websocket&EIO=4

      But the WebSocket upgrade never succeeds. The connection remains down.
