Update java 17 to macOS x64

      Since Android requires java17 in Qt 6.8-> RTA needs java17 to virtual machines so that Qt examples can be compiled.

      Update java17 to macOS x64 machines. This blocks RTA Android tests on macOS, hopefully at least temp solution/work-around could be done soon.
