CI Metrics: New test failing found which is not visible or found from CI Metrics

    Description

      New test failure found which was not visible via CI Metrics, but it has been failing in Nightly HealthChecks. There's also CMaker error visible in the logs, but why this failing test or any issues is not visible via CI Metrics at all? Testcase is not found, which means that it's always passing - but that's not correct on this case.
