    Description

      Edit: Corrected wrong prebuilt binary -link to correct one

      Currently Windows on ARM is taking vs2022 into use for QDoc

       

      Current libclang version in use is 18.1.7

      • Newer 19.1.0 binaries haven't yet been created (possibly 19.1.0 taken into use at some point in future)
      • But this request is currently focusing only to update from vs2019 to vs2022 for Win x64 in CI
