    Description

      There should be monitor bot (like pingdom) that checks that CI is alive and if not posts message to CI teams channel and updates Gerrit "info banner" text.

      CI considered "down" if
      (to be discussed)

      • Coin not responsing to https
      • OpenNebula not responsing to https
      • Coin is waiting for hw, but there is no queue in ON (per cluster)
      • Coin not scheduling new jobs to OpenNebula even there are changes staged.
