ExportTool: If provisioning templates are deleted from old Qt branches search matching provisioning logs from elsewhere

    Description

      Provisioning plates may get deleted from old Qt branches. This means that successful integrations may show that only part of the provisioning WorkItems are completed. The missing ones are not part of the top level Task file.

      As the provisioning logs need to be collected and stored for each release (QA, Certifications, ...) the missing logs must be searched from matching provisioning work items from the Storage.
