At the moment export tool is exporting all binaries from a build with 'packaging' feature enabled. This is causing unnecessary binaries to be exported and so on unnecessary delay, nw traffic & disk space.

This is the case at least with tqtc-qt5 builds where we inherited build artifacts from qt5 build. At least in this case exporting modules not having 'inherited' status in .gitmodules would solve the problem.
