Description
Avahi-daemon on various linux distros uses up to 100% CPU on single core. The usage flucuates a lot, but over 12h period 5-6h of cpu usage can be observed in e.g top. This needlessly uses a lot of CPU cycles.
I think this is particularly bad when it happens on a smaller test VM, e.g. 2 "core" VM which maps to 2 host threads, there tests have to compete with avahi for CPU.
