The current method of dumping JSON to console only works if the jenkins instance is exposed to public systems that can pull the build log and parse it. In order to bring the jenkins instance behind a firewall to use internal AI analysis tools, the state JSON needs to be stored in a database instead so that the jenkins instance can talk to other internal servers.
