Missing openssl for Android on mac CI machines.

    Description

      For some reason we apparently do not build/install openssl for Android on macOS CI machines (specifically, on ARM machines). At the same moment X86-64 machines do have 50-install-openssl_for_android script. An attempt to enable FFmpeg provisioning on those machines ARM macs ended up with provisioning error due to the missing openssl.
