Missing XCode in macOS 14 Tier 1

      XCode is installed in provisioning with install_xcode.sh.
      The script expects XCode "to be fetched to local cache".
      That's not the case on a VM created in openNebula, which is why the script becomes a no-op.
      XCode can't be installed in the AppStore, because macOS 15 is required in that case.
      That renders VMs created directly in openNebula useless.
