      Add OpenSUSE 15.6 to CI
      Needed for following branches:

      • dev
      • 6.9

      Configurations to be replaced/affected:

      • opensuse-15.5-developer-build
      • opensuse-15.5-host-asan
      • webassembly-linux-thread-asyncify
      • webassembly-linux-thread-asyncify-tests
