    Description

      RHEL-9.4 was recently integrated to the dev/6.8 branch with non-blocking tests.

      Grafana of the consistent tst_QDate fails in qtbase integrations:
      http://testresults.qt.io/grafana/goto/N_fHY7GHg?orgId=1

      One of the runs:
      https://testresults.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qtbase/tasks/1730941295

      RHEL-9.4 qtbase test:

      FAIL!  : tst_QDate::startOfDay_endOfDay(BajaMexico) Compared values are not the same
          Actual   (front.time()): 00:00:00.000
          Expected (start)       : 01:00:00.000

      This issue does not appear in RHEL-9.2 or in other platforms. From failed tests Grafana:
      http://testresults.qt.io/grafana/goto/wWKkw7MHg?orgId=1
      We can see it has affected RHEL-8.10 too but not consistently or as much. Daylight Saving Time configurations not in sync between platforms or in the test?

      It is something that needs to be checked in provisioning at least.
