Handle Windows Security question related the signed drivers

      Boot2Qt's QDB Windows drivers are now signed with latest "The Company Oy" keys and installing those cause installation to hang as RTA is unable force the installation to continue after Windows security question comes up:

      Previous QDB drivers do not cause this security question, so it's somehow handled already now. Need to figure what the workaround was and how to apply it to the new packages.

      WoA support depends on this and cannot proceed without a workaround.
