    Description

      Virtual machines occasionally encounter network issues.
      That leads to QtNetwork related tests appearing flaky, e.g. tst_QNetworkReply, tst_QDnsLookup.

      => Provide a provisioning script/executable to test basic network functionality. Make VMs with broken network fail during provisioning.
