Update the Android emulator in CI to 35.2.10

    Description

      The Android Emulator seems to have done some major updates that introduced many improvements and fixes as on version 34.2.13, and currently the latest stable is 35.2.10. Thus, we need to update to the latest version of 35.2.10.
