Change gitlab project location and add python virtual environment

Since several people will add to the repository - some project management needs to be done
1. Move repository from personal gitlab space to qtqa

2. Make sure merges from other users can be done by other people

3. Add a python virtual environment

4. Make sure the corn scripts can be executed while using virtual env
