QtQ4A: Add combine job functionality

Why?

Executing the test suites separately will take more time than if were to use one Jenkins job that first builds all the examples and then executes the test suites.

What?

Create new functionality that builds all the examples, and deploys them to the target/emulator on a per test suite basis.
