Create a repository for Chromium's Crashpad

    Description

      We use Crashpad for Design Studio and Qt Creator for automatic crash reporting.
      As a reference and also for adaptations that we need (at least until possibly upstreamed) we need a repository for that.

      The setup & reasoning is similar to https://code.qt.io/cgit/clang/llvm-project.git/

      Suggested name: crashpad/crashpad.git ? Open for suggestions...
      Should be on Gerrit/codereview, and on code.qt.io. Mirroring to GitHub is not needed.
      It would be good if the Gerrit repository could inherit access from All-QtCreator-Projects, so we can manage that ourselves.
