force the tests for Ubuntu 24.04 X11 (not InsignificantTests)

    Description

      It was added in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/593182 on Sept. 2024.

      But it was very flaky, and got reverted in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/595660 .

      We need to bring it back.
