Description
The sles-15_sp5-minimal-static configuration currently has a 2023c version of the timezone package which doesn't know about a change to the Antarctic/Casey zone, leading to conflict with the ICU libraries (which do, and supply some of the data we use) that causes one tst_QLocale test to fail, thereby blocking integration of a fix for QTBUG-130278.
There is a 2024a version available: I have told the VM to update itself, which lead to it installing that and my tests passing. Alternative, if updating to a later service pack (I gather SP6 is available) fits better with Coin's maintenance regime, we believe that should have the same effect.
