Add two more raspberrypi5 devices to Boot to Qt test pool

Order and setup two more (raspberrypi5) devices to Boot to Qt RTA test pool.

Usually there are only 1-3 devices of certain type, but 4 would be ideal if a device needs to be reserved for testing/test fixing/debugging purposes and would need to be reserved for a longer time period (and would not be available for automated tested during that time). Since apalis-imx6 will be Tier2 device from 6.9 onwards and it has been a device type from which a device can easily be reserved and there is enough devices in the pool of that type. Order 2 more (raspberrypi5, Tier1 device in 6.8 ->) devices to Boot to Qt RTA.
