Add bare VMs to COIN

      For testing purposes, and maybe some development cases, it would be good to have the VMs which are as close as possible to the initial installed operating system state (i.e. the state after the installation, and without anything else installed.)

      This would be needed for all major operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and platforms (Intel and arm64).
