      sshd isn't enabled on all Tier 1 images.
      Rather than enabling it on that level, move to provisioning.

      Investigate if enabling works the same way on all Linuxes in CI.
      => In that case add to a script in common/linux
      => otherwise add in 01-systemsetup.sh
