Description
The new Cherry-pick dashboard is not correctly tracking changes which become unstaged. Their status should change back to NEW in the database to reflect the unstage event.
It looks like the plugin for pickbot is not listening for change-unstaged events, and webhooks must be updated across the board to forward the change-unstaged events to cherry-pick bot.
