Make win32-msvc2010_developer-build_qtnamespace_Windows_7 stage blocking in CI

    Description

      Currently following CI projects are forced to succeed in CI (win32-msvc2010_developer-build_qtnamespace_Windows_7 stage), enabling regression to flow into codebase.

      QtDeclarative_release_Integratio
      QtDeclarative_stable_Integratio
      QtDeclarative_dev_Integratio
      QtQuick1_release_Integration/
      QtQuick1_stable_Integration/
      QtQuick1_dev_Integration/
      QtSystems_dev_Integration
      QtWinExtras_dev_Integration

      To be able to make the stage to block all regression we need to fix followign bugs or at least mark the single tests as insginificant.
