Currenlty following CI projects are forced to succeed in CI (win32-msvc2010_developer-build_angle_Windows_7 stage), enabling regression to flow into codebase.

To be able to make the stage to block all regression we need to fix followign bugs or at least mark the single tests as insginificant.
