Make macx-clang_developer-build_OSX_10.8 stage blocking in CI

    Description

      Currently following CI projects are forced to succeed in CI (macx-clang_developer-build_OSX_10.8 stage), allowing regression to flow into codebase.

      To be able to make the stage to block all regression we need to fix followign bugs or at least mark the single tests as insginificant.
