During maintenance breaks, if Ansible updates java on a host, and that host runs Jenkins, the Jenkins instance may encounter problems when launching an agent or job.

If Jenkins is detected on the host, it should be restarted, though testing should be done to verify that this is enough and that a full reboot is not required.
