Not possible to integrate qt5.git changes due to flaky failures

The following changes cannot integrate into qt5.git since February 20 when they were approved:

That's almost 3 months.

There were 21+ unrelated failures and multiple cancellations.

There are other changes in the chain which have similar failure rate

This is blocking useful features from getting in.
This is also very very demoralizing, and lowers developer productivity.

We need to do something to get these changes in.
We also need to do something to avoid such long iteration times in the future.
